This firecracker of a beagle thought he could roll out of his harness. Thankfully, the ASPCA Harness stays in place no matter what and that’s a good thing, because Boom can now ride safely in the car with his family.

Champ of safety that is. Apparently this Rocky was a little too independent for his owner’s liking, so his Bergan ASPCA harness came just in the nick of time.
